Katie was a fantastic realtor. She and George came recommended from a friend. Within a week of our first call, we were our looking at houses. At the time, the market was very fast paced and half the houses we planned to see were already under contract by the weekend when we went to look but Katie and George were prepared and added 3 new showings before we were done our first. We were able to find our dream home that day and got the paperwork going to put in our bid that night. They were prompt, organized, optimistic, and experienced. For every step after the sellers accepted our bid, they had a person for us to contact and keep the process going. From the lender, to the inspectors, to the title company and handling our home warranty and title, at no point we were scrambling or lost on information. I have nothing but the highest of compliments and recommendations for them. I don’t think we would have found our home or have been the selected bid without out them!
